Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 29, 2026
Printerpress sells printable digital planners and templates at theprinterpress.com. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to sell you a product and deliver it. This page explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Email address — when you buy a product, subscribe to a free printable, or contact us. Used to deliver your download, send your receipt, and (only if you opt in) send occasional product emails.
- Order & payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles that securely as the payment processor and merchant of record. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded and which product was purchased.
- Privacy-friendly analytics — aggregate visit data (pages viewed, referrer, country) via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To deliver the digital products you purchase and your download link.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, download links, support replies).
- To send marketing emails only if you explicitly opted in — unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
- To understand, in aggregate, which products and pages are useful so we can improve the store.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the providers that run the store:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — sending transactional and opt-in marketing email.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, file delivery, and cookieless analytics.
- Pinterest — we use Pinterest only to publish our own product Pins; we do not upload your personal data to Pinterest. If you engage with our Pins, that interaction is governed by Pinterest's own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use only the strictly necessary cookies required to complete a checkout. Our analytics are cookieless, and we run no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you (primarily your email) at any time — email [email protected] and we'll handle it promptly. If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and objection.
Data retention
We keep your email and order records for as long as needed to provide support, honor lifetime download access, and meet tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of marketing data at any time.
Children
Our store is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy as the business evolves. Material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above.
