Digital products — all sales are generally final

Our products are instant-download digital files (PDF). Because a digital file can't be "returned," all sales are generally final. We think that's fair — and we also stand behind every planner we sell.

When we will refund or replace

Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you if:

Your file is corrupted or won't open.
You received the wrong file.
The product materially doesn't match its description on the listing.

We don't offer refunds because you changed your mind, already printed it, or found a free alternative — but we do want you to be happy with what you bought, so if something feels off, email us and we'll work it out.
